This is great information for those with "RA" who are trying to push themselves to stay active. Simply knowing that inactivity decreases joint motion, flexibility, and can lead to weak muscles and deformed joints, is compelling enough for most people to take back control over their lives and eventually turn the pain into success. Thanks for sharing!
