โรคพิษสุนัขบ้า

เกิดจากเชื้อไวรัส ซึ่งอยู่ในน้ำลายของสัตว์ติดเชื้อ เข้าสู่คนและสัตว์จากการโดนสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมกัด ข่วน เลียบาดแผล

คนส่วนใหญ่มักคิดว่าเกิดได้แค่หมาและแมว แต่สัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม เช่น ลิง หนู กระต่าย กระรอก วัว ควาย แกะ เกิดโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าได้

.

ปัจจุบันยังไม่มีวิธีรักษาให้หายขาด

บาดแผลแบบไหน?! ต้องฉีดวัคซีนพิษสุนัขบ้า

ตรวจเช็กบาดแผล หลังถูกสุนัข/แมวกัด ทันที!

⚠️หากมีบาดแผลดังนี้⚠️

ควรรีบมาพบแพทย์โดยเร็วที่สุด

.

1. แผลฉีกขาด มีเลือดออก

2. เป็นรอยช้ำ แม้ไม่มีเลือดออก

3. ถูกข่วน ไม่มีเลือดออก/ เลือดออกเล็กน้อย

4. ถูกเลีย บริเวณรอยแผล รอยถลอก

กรณีที่ถูก สุนัข-แมว กัด! อาจไม่ต้องฉีดวัคซีน ถ้าหาก!

1. สุนัข-แมว รับวัคซีนทุกปี และต้องเคยฉีดมาแล้วอย่างน้อย 2 ครั้ง *ครั้งล่าสุดไม่เกิน 1 ปี

2. ถูกเลี้ยงในระบบปิด ไม่ได้พาออกไปเจอสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมอื่น ๆ ข้างนอก

3. มีสาเหตุให้ถูกกัด เช่น สัตว์เลี้ยงหวงลูก หรือเราไปแหย่/เหยีบสัตว์เลี้ยง

*หมายเหตุ : หากไม่มั่นใจ หรือมีข้อสงสัย ควรพบแพทย์เพื่อวินิจฉัยอย่างละเอียด

A number of countries, including Australia, France, Japan, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom, are reporting cases of antibiotic-resistant gonorrhea. The infection can lead to a series of serious health problems for both men and women, including infertility, increased risk of HIV infection, and potentially blinding eye infections in newborns.

Since the development of antibiotics, gonorrhea has developed resistance to a variety of antibiotics, including penicillin and tetracyclines, and appears to be developing resistance to cephalosporins, the last line of drug defense.
